Captain America: The Patriot is a well-written, emotionally strong piece. The art is painted by Steve Uy and it really is gorgeous to behold. The self is solid if a bit heavy handed about the Cold War. The All Winners 70th Anniversary story was a bit of a mess. The art is very off with some very odd poses.
